The Eclectic Summer Trip is a trip that is being organised by Eclectic Tourism. It is an event that aims at uniting African youths of the land of “ black gold” and the land called “gold coast”. Eclectic Tourism is a sub-division under Eclectic Entertainment and was conceived to foster friendship and collaboration amongst African youths, through tourism and entertainment. This year trip would be a six days (September 4th to September 9th) tour of tourist centres in Benin Republic, Togo and Ghana.
For the six days, Eclectic Tourism would kick off the road trip/tour to Accra on the 4th of September and enjoy a Night out at Efua Sutherland Park Accra, Ghana, the Ashanti of Ghana's Palace, the Nigerian High Commission Accra, Accra shopping mall, Silverbird Cinemas Accra, Ovation House, Cape Coast, National Museum, the National Theatre, Independence Square, the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, the Accra International Conference Centre, Kakum Canopy Walkway, White Sand Beach, Manet Paradise, Amowi Caves, Aburi Botanical Gardens before departure on the 6th day.
The company has partnered with several Nigerian companies to cover transportation, accommodation, the
actual tour around Ghana, breakfast, cinema, clubbing as well as make T-shirt, DVD of the event available afterwards
The theme of the event is uniting West African students through tourism and entertainment and promoting the African culture. Right now Universities that are involved include OAU, UNILAG, LEADCITY, BOWEN , BABCOCK, LASU, YABATECH,HNAUB, LAUTECH, UNAD, COVENANT, REDEEMERS, UNIOSUN and OUI.
The objectives of this event is aimed at providing an avenue for students to explore the rich natural resources Ghana possess, with visits to tourist Centre's across the country, entertaining, educating and providing information to Nigerian students and also at curbing the influence of negative social vices in our society as a result of ignorance and idle minds.

Events:
Day 1: Road trip kick off from Lagos= Cotonou = Lome= Accra
Arrival and relaxation @ our prestigious guest house in accra, Nite
out to efua Sutherland park. ( african Nite with life band, African
dishes & Drink to relax after a long journey).
Day2:
Tour around Accra:
Visits to national museum, national theatre, independence square, the
Kwame Nkrumah museum, the accra international conference centre, then
a house party to round-up the day.
Day3:
Tour to cape coast...... Beach party.
Day4:
Visits to Accra shopping mall, silverbird cinemas Accra, Ovation
house, then an exclusive dinner.
Day5:
Courtesy visits. to the Ashanti of Ghana's palace, the Nigerian high
Commission. Pool side relaxation, the tour will be rounded up with an
explosive club party with Ghana top artiste and celebrities.
Day6:
Departure back.
