It was a gathering of the creme de la creme of the society on Sunday, 24th February, 2013 at Oriental Hotel, Lekki, Lagos when star actress, Halima Abubakar premiered her 
much anticipated movie, Mistresses. The 
event which came up in the evening of that day saw people from far and wide coming together to celebrate the United Nations 
Ambassador for Peace and Multiple award 
winning actress who has for more than a 
decade featured in other people's movies 
but has now joined the league of movie 
makers.


The guests at the event were thrilled to special musical performances by
Jaywon, Oyinkansola, Splash, Yung Issy and Ozzy Bosco with Dee Jay Puff
Lala churning out the best of tunes. There were also lots to eat and drink.
The evening also afforded Kogi state born Halima the opportunity to talk
about her foundation, her charity projects, her philantropical gestures as
well as other areas where she has been able to put smiles on the faces of
people; cutting across the rich and the less priviledged in the society.

Born April 30 1991, Wilson Oghenekevwe Ofiavwe,better known to his teeming Edo state fans as Pun Star, is not just another rapper, he is a good music maker. Roots in Ughelli,Delta state,reps Warri but grew up in Bariga, Lagos. A BSc holder in mass communication from the University of Benin, Punstar came to become a name synonymous with rap in the Ekpoma City campus of UNIBEN. 

Pun Star (@punstar_nsa) started rapping at age 14 under the influence of 50 Cent‘s get rich or die trying album. He later became an ardent fan of Lil Wayne. BIG MOVES! ‘FLOWSSICK’ STARTS OWN RECORD LABEL ‘INGLEWOOD MUSIC’, SIGNS MANAGEMENT DEAL WITH FINESSE ENTERTAINMENT

After a few months of planning, Abiola David Aina better known as FlowsSick on February 8 announced the official unveiling of his record label ‘INGLEWOOD Music’. He also announced a lucrative management deal with the wave-making record and music management label, ‘Finesse Entertainment’. The multi-talented ‘FlowsSick’ is well known for his chart-topping hit singles ‘Lowkey’ and ‘Ring-tone’.

“We proudly welcome FlowsSick on board, the Finesse Entertainment CEO explained. “He comes with him some experience and the ambition and drive to keep raising the bar with his work. Our task is to take him to the next level.” He added. 

FlowsSick is set to top the music charts with a hit-bound club banger ‘BAMI’.  ‘BAMI’ would be the first single for the versatile musician under the management of ‘Finesse Entertainment and under his own Inglewood Music Label’. In 2012, FlowsSick was nominated alongside Davido, Praiz and Eva for the “Next rated’ category at the ‘Headies’ in October. He also got a ‘most promising act’ nomination at the ‘Nigerian Entertainment Awards’ which held in New York in September.

With this move, Flowssick joins Finesse’s hit-making signees; ClassiQ, Femi Knight, BlaQ Shyne and T-Rex who are signed to ‘Finesse Entertainment’.

Slim Burna, who is currently on the move again after last month's
crash incident that almost cost him his life, releases a new track off
